About the Role:

In this role as the Care for Business Marketing team’s subject matter expert on all things CRM execution, you’ll play a critical part in our mission to help working families get the care they need by understanding and using their benefits. You’ll own key touchpoints and campaigns that drive awareness, enrollment, and engagement—enabling our business to achieve KPIs and drive revenue. You’ll develop a deep knowledge of member data and harness it to execute best-in-class touchpoints through the right message, in the optimal channels, at the right time.

What Your Days Will Be Like:

  • Coding and production of all member touchpoints: Partner with Creative, Product, and Marketing team counterparts to bring to life new designs that will reach our members through latest CRM best practices.
  • End-to-end lifecycle journey management: Execute and refine lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site) to drive engagement. 
  • Continual optimization: You’ll lean into the data, making iterative tweaks to ensure our journeys and ongoing touchpoints reach the right members, at the right time, in the right channel.
  • Best practice ownership: Understanding technical best practices across CRM, push, and in-app/on-site messaging, communicating standards to others on the team and across the organization.Innovation: You’ll have authority to bring new ideas and recommendations to our key stakeholders on ways to make our programs better and more effective.
  • Testing and experimentation: You’ll own and optimize lifecycle behavioral journeys as well as a regular cadence of ad-hoc touchpoints through iterative experimentation, communicating wins and learnings for our KPIs. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3-7 years of lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation experience and end-to-end campaign management - from conception to execution and everything in between.
  • Knowledge of email deployment and coding best practices. HTML email development experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of API integration with CRM platforms and web properties.
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • You thrive in an agile, test-and-learn environment, you’re curious and inquisitive by nature and can advocate for—and adopt—new marketing solutions as needed.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
  • Experience working within Iterable, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing automation software such as Braze.
  • BA/BS required.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, IAC provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
