Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Network Relationship Specialist to join our Network Partnerships Team, part of the Care for Business division under the Enterprise umbrella. In this role, you will play a critical part in building relationships to expand our in-home agency partners network both for Adult and Child care. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach, contract support, network expansion, and identifying strategic opportunities for improvement across our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a “make it happen” mindset to expanding our network and ensuring high-quality partner engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive network growth—identify, prospect, and engage new agency partners through both cold and warm outreach.
  • Manage and lead end-to-end agency contracting and renewal processes, including rate negotiation, onboarding, and audit readiness.
  • Reactivate lapsed agencies or source new partners quickly to meet time-sensitive client needs.
  • Source qualified leads and build a consistent outreach strategy.
  • Optimize the pipeline to ensure efficient and effective network expansion.
  • Analyze agency performance metrics including backouts, escalations, and coverage gaps by metro area.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve network depth and fulfillment.
  • Develop internal resources such as pitch decks, process documentation, and training guides/playbooks.
  • Continuously identify areas for operational improvement and support implementation of scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing overall network performance and partner satisfaction.

Who you are:

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, partnerships, network expansion, or sales
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like Tableau or similar reporting dashboards
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a high-energy, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in contract management, rate negotiation, or agency/vendor partnerships] is preferred 
  • Experience consolidating data from multiple sources to inform decision-making is highly preferred 
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and change management

Salary:  $55,000 to $65,000 + Commission

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
