This is a hybrid position. We are in office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, with offices in Salt Lake City, UT, Austin, TX, and Dallas, TX.

About the Role:

Care.com is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team, focused on increasing top-of-funnel engagement and conversion through our WordPress and SEO-driven web experiences. You’ll lead design across desktop and mobile, partnering closely with marketing and product teams to craft user-centered, conversion-optimized solutions. We’re looking for someone who brings strong visual craft and strategic thinking to every challenge—balancing creativity with data to design experiences that make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do: 

  • Drive A/B testing and enhance discoverability through CRO, SEO, and AI-powered search optimizations.
  • Deliver high-quality, responsive designs with contemporary interaction and visual design best practices for both web and mobile
  • Lead design for high-impact growth projects and contribute to our retail media ad business.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes synthesizing team feedback, identified user and business needs, and observations from both qualitative and quantitative data about user behavior
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, SEO, Brand, and Support teams; facilitate cross-functional design workshops

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of professional expereince designing consumer-facing products for the web with a proven track record of success. 
  • Demonstrated success driving growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, SEO, and performance-driven design strategies.
  • Familiarity with ADA requirements and accessible design best practices
  • Deliver final products with an incredibly high bar for craft and quality
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
  • Experience level proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and user testing tools. 
  • Experience working within or designing for large design systems and component libraries
  • Strong storytelling, interpersonal, communication, influencing and facilitation skills 
  • Proven love of the open, iterative design process – constantly sketching, showing messy work in progress, iterating, shipping, learning, growing, and shipping some more
  • A collaborative approach to working in an agile environment across multiple teams, geographies, and business units

Salary Range: $125,000 to $152,000. 

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
